I believe in leading by example. I do not expect my clients to do anything I cannot or will not do but I do expect everyone to work as hard as they can in their sessions.
I found myself starting to exercise later in life when I had a life crisis about hitting 30 and decided to give up smoking! I started running and later studied to become a personal trainer to motivate others to see that a healthy way of living didn’t mean boring!
In the last few years I have competed in many running races and triathlons, I competed in my first Half Iron Man 7 months after having my son and most recently I ran the New York Marathon and took part in a Cross Country Skiing race in Sweden having only skied twice in my life prior to the race! At the end of the day, we can ALL do anything we put our mind to with the right training.
I am a REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer and also qualified to instruct Fitball Classes, Spin Classes, Circuit Training, Circuits for the over 50’s, Core Workouts and Playground Pump. I have experience dealing with children in a class situation and am CRB checked.
